Our Holiday Home 'Granada' offers accommodation for up to 6 persons in three sleeping rooms Andalusia style..
Situated at the upper part of the property whith independent entrance and an independent terrace above the "Patio" with outstanding views to the Poqueira gorge.
You will find your holiday home full equipped, but please observe the following rules:
- For use at the swimming pool you should provide your own towels.
- If you wish firewood for the open fireplace, it can be bought in the cortijo, please check availability and prices.
- We don't allow pets..
- The swimming pool is shared with the guests of our other two houses.
- We ask for a 100€ deposit when handing you the keys. This deposit, will be refunded (if applies) on your departure.
Included:
- Wifi internet, for basic use.
- American style, open kitchen, fully equipped.
- 2 of the bedrooms with 2 beds, 90 cm beds in each, the other bedroom with one bed of 1,35 mt.
- Living room with fireplace, TV, surrounded by a spacious terrace to take meals, enjoying the sun or the splendid views.
- Bathroom with bath and shower.
- Washing machine, shared use with other guests.
- A portable barbeque for common use.
- Sheets and towels (Please bring your own towels for swimmingpool use).
Prices:
Low season per night 120€ and a week 500€.
Special prized for smaller parties except in high season.
Medium season, june and september per night 150€. and a week 600€.
High season, national holidays, christmas, easter week, july and august per night 150€ and a week 750€.
Minimum stay 2 nights except in high season a week.
